Title 2 amendments hit snag

WINDOW ROCK — It took four members of Legislative Services a couple hours Tuesday to read into record a 70-page resolution proposing to amend certain sections of Title 2 to conform to the new 24-member Navajo Nation Council, and then a couple more hours for Council to discuss the pros and cons before they hit a roadblock.
